Sales Reps (Dedicated Page)

The Sales Reps page (/rep-dashboard) is the command center for tracking your sales reps' performance. It offers a complete view of individual and team results, with 7 specialized tabs.

Rep Selector

At the top of the page, a dropdown lets you choose a specific rep or view the entire team's data. The content of each tab automatically adapts to the selected rep.

Connect Your Calendar

If a setup banner appears at the top, follow the instructions to connect the rep's calendar (Google Calendar or Outlook). This is necessary for automatic call and appointment tracking.

The 7 Tabs

1. Team (Director Only)

This tab is visible only to sales directors. It presents:

2. Missions

The Missions tab displays tasks and opportunities assigned to the selected rep. Each mission shows its status, priority, and deadline.

3. Performance

Detailed conversion metrics per rep:

  • Close rate: percentage of opportunities converted to sales
  • Show rate: percentage of appointments honored
  • Revenue trends: sales evolution over time with charts

4. Leaderboard

Ranking of all reps by multiple criteria:

The leaderboard encourages healthy competition within the team. Rankings are updated in real time.

5. Coaching

AI analyzes recorded calls and each rep's results to generate personalized coaching:

  • Coaching notes: strengths and areas for improvement automatically identified
  • Feedback zones: specific skills to develop (active listening, objection handling, closing, etc.)
  • Development tracking: progress over time, score evolution by skill
  • Concrete recommendations: specific actions suggested by AI based on recent call patterns

6. Calendar

Visual view of scheduled appointments with status indicators (confirmed, completed, no-show). Integrated with Google Calendar or Outlook for automatic sync.

7. Call History

Chronological list of all recorded and analyzed calls. Each entry includes the AI-generated summary, sentiment score, and coaching tips.
