Recommended Routine
To get the most out of DURUM.ai, adopt a simple and regular routine. No need to spend hours -- a few minutes at the right moments is enough.
Daily -- Morning Check (2 minutes, 9am)
- Open DURUM.ai and go to the Dashboard, CEO View tab
- Check the 5 main KPIs: revenue, spend, profit, ROI, sales
- Read the alerts if any (bottlenecks, anomalies)
- If you're a director: check the morning Slack report received at 9am
Advice
This 2-minute check gives you a complete picture of the situation. If everything is green, move on. If an alert is present, you immediately know where to focus your attention.
During the Day
- Receive call analyses in real time on Slack (if enabled)
- Check individual rep profiles that need attention
- Review the pipeline for sales forecasts
INFO
Call analyses arrive automatically a few minutes after each recorded call. No action needed on your part -- the information comes to you.
End of Day (If Enabled)
- Read the end-of-day summary on Slack at 5pm
- Review AI-generated coaching recommendations
- Note points to address with the team the next morning
Weekly -- Review (10 minutes, Monday morning)
- In the filters, select the 30-day period and enable comparison with the previous period
- Analyze the Funnel: which stages have the most losses? Where are prospects dropping off?
- Check the Spend vs Revenue chart to ensure the trend is positive
- Check the Leaderboard if you have a sales team (who's performing, who needs help)
- Share key results with your team
Advice
Monday morning is the ideal time for this review. You have the complete data from the previous week and can adjust strategy before the new week is too far along.
Monthly -- Strategic Review (20 minutes, 1st of the month)
- In the filters, select the 90-day period and enable comparison with the previous year (if available)
- Evaluate ROAS: the minimum target is 2x (each dollar invested generates at least 2 dollars in revenue)
- Filter by product: which product or service generates the best return on investment?
- Check the P&L (Profit & Loss) in the dashboard's Finance tab
- Plan strategic adjustments with your account manager
Advice
The monthly Slack report from the 1st of the month is an excellent starting point for this review. Use it as a discussion basis with your account manager during your follow-up call.
