Report Types
DURUM.ai automatically generates several reports sent to Slack at predefined frequencies. Each report gives you a clear picture of your performance without opening the application. Every account receives only its own data, in its own channel, in its language and currency. On the Discovery plan, every report ends with the mention "Powered by DURUM.ai".
Daily Report
Internal code: daily_report | Frequency: Every day at 9:00 AM (Eastern Time)
Know in 30 seconds how yesterday went:
- Previous day's ad spend
- Number of leads generated
- Number of applications received
- Number of bookings (appointments booked)
- Key KPIs (CPA, CTR, ROI)

Weekly Report

- Complete week recap (Monday to Sunday)

Monthly Report

Complete strategic review for monthly tracking:
- Complete past month recap
- Comparison vs. previous month
- Performance trends over the period
- Global view of spend, revenue, and profitability
Engine Actions

Scheduled Messages
On top of the fixed reports, you can compose your own Slack messages in the Notifications page: a text with variables (spend, leads, CPL, CPA, ROI, revenue, and their deltas over the period of your choice), sent on the days and time you pick, or fired by a condition.
