Team Management

The Team page (/settings/team) allows administrators to manage their organization's members in DURUM.ai: add users, assign roles, and control access.

Adding a Member

To invite a new person to your team:

  1. Go to Settings via the sidebar
  2. Click Team
  3. Click the Add member button
  4. Fill in the required information:
FieldDescription
EmailEmail address of the person to invite
RoleRole to assign (see Roles section below)
ClientAssociated client, if applicable (for reps or clients)
  1. Confirm the addition

The system then sends an invitation email to the person. They'll need to click the link in the email to create their account and access the platform.

Email Invitation

The invitation is valid for a limited time. If the person doesn't receive the email, check spam folders or resend the invitation from the Team page.

Available Roles

Each member is assigned a role that determines their permissions and the pages they can access.

RoleDescriptionAccess
AdminFull access to all featuresAll pages, settings, team management
Media BuyerAd campaign managerAds, campaigns, dashboard (no admin or system access)
Sales DirectorSales directorSees all reps for their client, full sales dashboard
Sales RepSales representativeSees only their own data and performance
ClientClient accessDashboard per subscribed plan, tasks read-only
ViewerRead-only observerLimited access, viewing only

Choose the Right Role

Assign the most restrictive role that meets the person's needs. A rep doesn't need Admin access. An external partner can use the Viewer role to view data without being able to modify it.

Changing a Member's Role

To change an existing member's role:

  1. Go to Settings, then Team
  2. Find the member in the list
  3. Click their current role or the edit button
  4. Select the new role
  5. Confirm the change

The role change takes effect immediately. The person's permissions are updated on their next login or page reload.

Removing a Member

To revoke someone's access:

  1. Go to Settings, then Team
  2. Find the member in the list
  3. Click the delete button
  4. Confirm the removal

Access Removal

Removing a member disables their platform access. Historical data associated with that person (events, sales, etc.) is preserved in the system.
