My Board

My Board is your fully customizable personal dashboard. You choose which widgets to display, where to place them, and how to configure them. Each user has their own layout, saved automatically.

How It Works

My Board is composed of widgets: individual blocks that each display a specific metric, chart, or table. You can:

  • Add widgets from a library of 30 options
  • Move widgets by drag-and-drop
  • Configure each widget individually
  • Remove widgets you don't need

Your layout is saved automatically. When you return, everything is exactly as you left it.

Entering Edit Mode

To modify your board, click the Customize button at the top of the page. You enter edit mode where you can:

  1. Move a widget: click and hold on a widget, then drag it to the desired position
  2. Add a widget: the widget library appears in a side panel -- click a widget to add it
  3. Configure a widget: click the settings icon (gear) on a widget to adjust its parameters
  4. Remove a widget: click the X to delete it from your board

To exit edit mode, click Customize again or click outside the side panel.

Start with a Preset

If you don't know where to start, select one of the available presets (see below). You can always customize afterwards.

Role-Based Presets

Preconfigured layouts are available to give you a starting point adapted to your role:

PresetOptimized ForIncluded Widgets
CEOExecutives and ownersGlobal KPIs, P&L, funnel, Insight DURUM, trends
Media BuyerAd managersSpend by campaign, CPA, ROAS, ad performance, waste
SalesReps and sales directorsPipeline, bookings vs meetings, no-shows, revenue by rep

Selecting a preset replaces your current layout. You can then add, remove, or reposition widgets as you see fit.

Configuring a Widget

Each widget can be configured individually. Click the gear icon that appears in the widget corner in edit mode. Options vary by widget type, but may include:

  • The displayed metric
  • The reference period
  • The number of visible items (for tables)
  • The chart type

Keep It Simple

A good personal dashboard contains between 6 and 10 widgets. Too many widgets makes reading difficult. Focus on the metrics you check daily.

Auto-Save

Your layout is saved automatically after each modification. The save is linked to your user account: each team member can have their own layout without affecting others.
