Mobile Access

DURUM.ai works on mobile and tablet directly through your web browser. No app to download from an App Store -- just open your browser and go to the application address.

Accessing DURUM.ai on Mobile

1. Open your web browser (Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android).
2. Go to app.durum.ai.
3. Log in with your usual credentials.

The interface automatically adapts to your screen size. Tables, charts, and KPIs reorganize to remain readable and functional on a smaller screen.

Mobile Navigation

On mobile, the sidebar transforms into a hamburger menu: an icon made of three horizontal lines, located at the top left of the screen. Tap it to open the navigation menu, then select the desired page. The menu closes automatically after your selection.

All application features are accessible on mobile: dashboards, charts, filters, exports, settings, and notifications.

Add DURUM.ai to Your Home Screen (PWA)

You can add DURUM.ai to your phone's home screen to access it like a native app, with a dedicated icon and full-screen launch.

iPhone (Safari)

1. Open app.durum.ai in Safari.
2. Tap the Share button (square icon with an upward arrow).
3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
4. Confirm by tapping Add.

Android (Chrome)

1. Open app.durum.ai in Chrome.
2. Tap the 3-dot menu at the top right.
3. Select Add to Home screen.
4. Confirm by tapping Add.

Native App Experience

Once added to your home screen, DURUM.ai opens full-screen without the browser address bar. The experience is identical to a native application.

Mobile Notifications

DURUM.ai notifications are sent via Slack. To receive them on your phone:

1. Install the Slack app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Sign in to your Slack workspace.
3. Enable Slack notifications on your phone.

Daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as real-time alerts, arrive in Slack independently of the DURUM.ai app.

Recommended Browsers

For the best experience on mobile, use Safari on iPhone and Chrome on Android. Other browsers work, but these two offer the best support for Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
