Invoices & Commissions
The Invoices & Commissions page (/invoices) centralizes financial tracking: your invoices and commission calculations.
Invoices Section
The invoice list displays all invoices associated with your account:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Number | Unique invoice identifier |
| Amount | Total invoiced in dollars |
| Status | Payment status |
| Date | Invoice issue date |
Invoice Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Paid | Payment received and confirmed |
| Due | Payment expected, within deadline |
| Overdue | Payment past due, deadline exceeded |
Commissions Section
This section displays your commission model and calculation details. Three models are available depending on your agreement.
1. Flat Rate
The same percentage applies to all your sales, regardless of product or volume.
Example: 10% rate on all sales.
| Monthly Sales | Rate | Commission |
|---|---|---|
| $15,000 | 10% | $1,500 |
| $30,000 | 10% | $3,000 |
2. Per Product
A different rate is assigned to each product or service. This reflects different margins per offering.
Example:
| Product | Rate |
|---|---|
| Online Training | 15% |
| Private Coaching | 10% |
| Monthly Subscription | 8% |
3. Tiered
The commission rate increases with the volume of revenue generated in the month. The more you sell, the higher your percentage.
Example:
| Monthly Revenue Tier | Rate |
|---|---|
| $0 to $10,000 | 5% |
| $10,001 to $25,000 | 8% |
| $25,001 and above | 12% |
How to Read Tiers
Tiers are progressive. On $30,000 in sales, the first $10,000 is at 5%, the next $15,000 at 8%, and the last $5,000 at 12%. The calculation is done tier by tier.
Monthly Commission Summary
A summary table displays for each month:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Revenue | Total sales generated |
| Calculated Commission | Commission amount per your model |
| Number of Clients | Clients who made a purchase |
