Interface Tour

This guide presents the main elements of the DURUM.ai interface. Familiarize yourself with each area to navigate the platform efficiently.

Overview

The interface consists of three permanent areas: the sidebar on the left, the filter bar at the top, and the content area in the center.

The sidebar is the main menu of the application. It is organized into three sections.

Access Based on Role

The elements visible in the sidebar vary based on your role. A client sees a subset of the menu (Dashboard, Sales Reps, Tasks, Profile). A sales rep primarily sees their sales dashboard.

Filter Bar

The filter bar is located at the top of the content area. It controls the data displayed on all pages of the application.

Client Selector

  • Agencies: a dropdown menu lets you choose the client to analyze. Data on all pages updates immediately.
  • Clients: the selector is hidden since data is automatically filtered to your own account.

Period

Quick presets are available: 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 90 days, as well as a custom date selector. The chosen period affects all KPIs, charts, and tables.

Comparison

Enable comparison to see how your metrics are evolving. Three modes available:

  • None: no comparison.
  • Previous period: compares with the equivalent period just before.
  • Previous year: compares with the same period last year.

Additional Filters

FilterPurpose
CampaignIsolate data from a specific campaign.
RepView metrics for a specific sales rep.
ProductFilter by product or service sold.

Persistent Filters

Filters remain active when you change pages. You don't need to reconfigure them each time you navigate. To learn more, see the Filters guide.

Dashboard Tabs

The main dashboard offers six tabs, each presenting a different analysis angle.

TabContent
CEO ViewExecutive vision: global KPIs, conversion funnel, alerts, and bottlenecks.
MarketingAd performance: spend, CPL, CPA, ROAS, trends, and waste analysis.
Sales RepsSales team metrics: appointments, closing rate, no-shows, per-rep performance.

FinanceProfit and loss, revenue by product/rep/campaign, monthly cash flow.

All Roles See All Tabs

Whether you're a client, sales rep, or agency, all six dashboard tabs are accessible. The content automatically adapts to your data.

KPI Cards

KPI cards are the key indicators displayed at the top of each page and tab. Each card contains:

  • Current value: the main figure for the selected period.
  • Label: the name of the metric (e.g., Spend, Leads, Sales, ROAS).
  • Comparison arrow: visible when comparison is enabled.

Arrow Color Code

SituationColorMeaning

Decrease of a positive indicator (revenue, ROAS, leads)RedDeterioration
Increase of a cost indicator (spend, CPL, CPA)RedDeterioration
Decrease of a cost indicator (spend, CPL, CPA)GreenImprovement

Watch the Interpretation

A green arrow on spend means you're spending less, not more. The color always reflects the impact on your profitability, not the direction of movement.

Charts

Several types of visualizations are used throughout the application.

TypeUsage
Trend linesEvolution over time (daily spend, leads per week, monthly revenue).
Bar chartsComparisons between categories (performance by campaign, by rep).
Stacked areasProportional breakdown over time (spend by campaign).
FunnelConversion rates between stages (lead, appointment, sale).
HeatmapTemporal patterns (performance by day of week, by hour).
SparklinesMini-charts in tables for a quick trend overview.

Each chart offers interactive hover: move your mouse over a point to see exact values.

Data Tables

Tables present detailed data (ads, contacts, tasks, etc.) with several features:

  • Sorting: click a column header to sort in ascending or descending order.
  • Search: a search field filters rows in real time (when available).
  • CSV Export: an export button lets you download the table data as CSV for analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Pagination: large data sets are paginated to keep the interface responsive.

DURUM.ai is designed to work on all devices.
