How to Export
- Navigate to the page containing the table you want to export.
- Apply your filters (period, campaign, rep, etc.) to get exactly the data you want.
- Click the export icon (downward-pointing arrow) located in the upper-right corner of the table.
- The CSV file downloads automatically to your downloads folder.
Filter Before Exporting
The exported data respects all currently active filters: period, campaign, rep, product, etc. Set your filters before clicking the export icon to get exactly the subset of data you need.
Opening the Exported File
The CSV file can be opened in:
- Microsoft Excel: double-click the file or use File > Open.
- Google Sheets: go to Google Sheets, File > Import, then select the CSV file.
- Numbers (Mac): double-click the file.
- LibreOffice Calc: double-click the file.
Character Encoding
If accents or special characters appear garbled in Excel, use File > Open > select the file > choose UTF-8 encoding during import.
Best Practices
- Export regularly to maintain a local data history.
- Name your files with the date and section (e.g.,
marketing-campaigns-2026-03-25.csv) for easy reference. - Combine exports from different sections in a single workbook to create custom reports.
