What It Does
Zoom automatically syncs your cloud call recordings to DURUM.ai. Each recording is transcribed by AI and analyzed to provide real-time sales coaching.

Prerequisites
- A Zoom Pro or higher account (free accounts don't support Cloud Recording)
- Cloud Recording must be enabled in Zoom account settings
Step-by-Step Configuration
- Log in to DURUM.ai at app.durum.ai
- Go to Profile (user menu at the top right)
- In the Calendar Connections section, find the Zoom card
- Click Connect
- You'll be redirected to Zoom to authorize access
- Important: log in with your personal Zoom account (the one you use for sales calls)
- Accept the requested permissions
- You'll be redirected to DURUM.ai with the status connected
After Connecting
- Every new Zoom call with Cloud Recording enabled will be automatically synced
- Transcription and analysis take approximately 2-5 minutes after the call ends
- If you've configured Slack notifications, a summary will be sent automatically
- You can view your recordings in the contact timeline
Each Rep Must Connect Individually
Zoom is connected at the user level, not the account level. Each rep on your team who wants their calls analyzed must:
- Log in to their own DURUM.ai account
- Go to Profile
- Connect their own Zoom account
Disconnecting
- Go to Profile
- Find the Zoom card
- Click Disconnect
Previously imported recordings will remain in DURUM.ai.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |

| Connect button doesn't work | Verify you have a Zoom Pro or higher account |
| Recordings not syncing | Verify Cloud Recording is enabled in your Zoom settings |
| "Connection failed" error | Disconnect then reconnect your Zoom account |
| Missing transcription | Transcription can take 2-5 minutes. Wait and refresh. |
