Slack Notification Configuration
DURUM.ai sends all its notifications via Slack. There are no in-app notifications -- everything goes through your Slack workspace so you receive information where you already work.
Accessing Settings
- Open DURUM.ai and log in
- In the sidebar, click Notifications
- The page displays all available notification categories
Enabling or Disabling a Notification
Each notification type has a toggle (on/off). Only enable the notifications useful to you to avoid noise.
- On: you'll receive this notification on Slack
- Off: the notification is disabled, no messages will be sent
Advice
If you're just getting started, begin by enabling the daily report and performance alerts. You can always adjust later.
Per-Client Notifications
If you manage multiple client accounts, notifications are configured per client. This means you can:
- Enable the daily report for Client A, but not for Client B
- Receive performance alerts for all your clients
- Fully customize based on your needs per account
Notification Categories
| Category | Description |
|---|---|
| Reports | Daily, weekly, and monthly reports -- automatic summary of your KPIs |
| Performance Alerts | Real-time alerts when an indicator exceeds a critical threshold |
| Call Analyses | AI summary of each recorded call (sentiment, coaching, closing probability) |
| End-of-Day Summary | Daily recap at 5pm -- meetings, calls, coaching recommendations |
| System Alerts | Webhook errors, sync failures, missing data |
| Task Alerts | Confirmations and status changes on your tasks |
INFO
Reports (daily, weekly, monthly) are sent at fixed times. Performance alerts and call analyses are sent in real time.
No Fallback
Notifications are sent only if you've enabled them in the Notifications page. If no category is enabled, no messages will be sent to Slack.
