Subscription & Plans
DURUM.ai offers several plans adapted to your business needs. Each plan provides access to a specific set of features, allowing you to choose the level that fits your reality.
Trial Period
When a new client joins the platform, they receive a trial period to explore available features. During this period:
- You have access to features included in your trial plan
- No billing is processed
- A counter shows the number of days remaining in your trial
When the trial period expires, a screen indicates you need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the platform. Your data is preserved and you'll find everything in place after upgrading.
Features by Plan
Some features are reserved for higher plans. Here's an overview of feature categories that may vary by plan:

Access by Plan
The Finance, My Board, and Intelligence dashboard tabs, as well as advanced AI features and the Funnel Builder, may require a higher plan. If a feature isn't available in your current plan, you'll see a visual indicator.
Check Your Current Plan
To view your current plan:
- Go to Settings via the sidebar
- Click Billing
- You'll see your current plan, its status, and the list of included features

Upgrading Your Plan
To move to a higher plan:
- Contact your account manager directly
- Or use the Billing page in settings to see available options
Your account manager can present available plans and help you choose the one that best meets your needs.
Locked Features
If you see a grayed-out section, a lock icon, or an "upgrade" badge on a page or tab, it means that feature isn't included in your current plan.
Feature Not Available?
If you see a grayed-out section or upgrade badge, that feature is available on a higher plan. Contact your account manager to discuss.
