Onboarding Checklist

This checklist guides you step by step through getting started with DURUM.ai. Follow the steps in order to be operational quickly.

Day 1 -- First Login (30 min)

  • [ ] Log in to app.durum.ai with the credentials provided by your account manager
  • [ ] Complete the onboarding wizard (5 steps: Welcome, Business, Meta Ads, Team, Done)
  • [ ] Connect your integrations: go to Settings -> Integrations and connect your tools (Stripe, Calendly, CRM, etc.)
  • [ ] Get your client key in Profile -> "Client Key (API & Integrations)" section. This key is needed to configure certain webhooks
  • [ ] Take an interface tour: sidebar, filter bar, main dashboard (Interface Guide)
  • [ ] Verify your data appears in the dashboard (spend, leads, KPIs)
  • [ ] Go to Notifications and enable your desired Slack reports
  • [ ] Configure UTM tracking following the UTM Tracking guide: Meta Ads parameters, tracking script, and hidden fields in your forms

Advice

If your data doesn't appear yet, don't panic. The first sync can take up to an hour. Check again after 60 minutes.

Week 1 -- Validation (15 min/day)

  • [ ] Verify that the reps listed in the platform are correct and up to date
  • [ ] Validate the products/services configured for your account
  • [ ] Confirm the commission model (flat rate, per product, or tiered)
  • [ ] Verify that bookings and meetings are correctly showing in the dashboard
  • [ ] Test UTM tracking with the test endpoint: https://app.durum.ai/api/webhook/test-utm?client_key=YOUR_KEY (aim for a grade of A or A+)
  • [ ] Test the daily routine: open the dashboard every morning, check KPIs
  • [ ] Connect your calendar (Google Calendar or Outlook) in the Profile page
  • [ ] Verify that Slack reports arrive correctly at the scheduled times

Advice

If a Slack report doesn't arrive, first check that the notification is enabled in the Notifications page. If the problem persists, contact your account manager.

Month 1 -- Mastery

  • [ ] Adopt the daily routine: 2 minutes every morning on the dashboard
  • [ ] Do a weekly review every Monday (10 minutes with period filters)
  • [ ] Customize My Board with the most useful widgets for your tracking
  • [ ] Do a first monthly review with the Slack report from the 1st of the month
  • [ ] Note your questions and friction points for the follow-up call with the agency
  • [ ] Send your feedback to the agency on needed adjustments

Advice

The My Board page is your personal space. Drag-and-drop the widgets that matter most to you. You can create a custom board that answers exactly your needs.

Optional -- Sales Team Integration

  • [ ] Define which reps will have platform access and to what data
  • [ ] Prepare each rep's email addresses
  • [ ] Have the agency create rep accounts (you provide the info, the agency creates access)
  • [ ] Schedule a team training call (30 minutes via video conference)
  • [ ] Enable call recording if applicable to your sales process
